layout file looks a little differnt now, little more simple. You need to search for:

					echo '<td class="cell_quantity" data-title="'.JText::_('CATPRODUCT_TABLE_QUANTITY').'">
					<span class="quantity-box"><input class="quantity-input" size="2" name="quantity[]" value="0" type="text" ></span>
					<span class="quantity-controls"><input class="quantity-controls quantity-plus" type="button">
					<input class="quantity-controls quantity-minus" type="button"></span>
					</td>';

and change classes there. If you need assist, please send me link to your page with catproduct.
